Instructor Terry Bridges

Terry Bridges is a student of Sifu Jeff Bolt. He began his studies under Sifu Bolt in February, 1985, training in the Shao-Lin styles of Northern Long Fist (Changquan), Southern White Crane (Bai He) and Yang Style Taijiquan. He has been an instructor in these styles since 1989.  He has received instruction from Sifu Bolt's teacher, Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming while participating in various seminars and workshops. He was also privileged to have received some informal instruction from Madame Wang Ju Rong. While having the privilege of Madame Wang's and Dr. Yang's instruction was and is one of the many benefits of being Sifu Bolt's student, his primary instruction and training came from Sifu Bolt.
